Motion:the act or process of moving, or the way in which somebody or something moves. I will be placing a large amount of pictures for people to grab and use as referances for the way peoples body moves and such.  The name means a lot if you think about it, the human body can do so much.  All these pictures will or have been taken from my Hapkido Class. First of all, yes I am advertising for a site that I am now officially apart of as an Admin of Xbox and Sport games.
